But what should you replace these gout causing foods with? Studies have shown that fruits, small servings of vegetables, milk, cheeses, and fruit drinks are smaller alternatives, because it has low concentrations of purine.

Lastly, because everybody’s body is different, it’s wise to experiment to find out what works best for you. Because the body is a very sensitive thing, you should consult a doctor before making any drastic changes in your diet. Not only will you be able to get smart health advice, but you will also get more tips that are related to your situation, so you can make a diet to combat the sudden pains associated with gout.

Many families have a hard time trying to decide what foods they should be eating and which one to avoid. The problem is a lot of the nutritional information out there is contradictory. This, along with the need to save time, to make quick lunches or dinners makes many family susceptible to making the wrong food choices. If you see the numbers of harried moms in the drive thru line at your local fast food joint, you know what I mean. They know it’s not right, but they may have no idea how bad it really is for their children and deep down the make excuses for buying this “food”.

You should always be informed about the nutritional information about all of the food you eat and the food you serve your family. If you eat often at a certain restaurant, you should look online to see if you can find out more about what you like to have. You might be shocked to see the calories and fat grams in a simple fast food hamburger, but this is only the half of it. You don’t know where the meat came from and what it has inside, or what the other ingredients it contains.



The same hamburger made at home will probably have half of fat that fast food has and you can control what ingredients go into your hamburger. It is partially about ingredients, and it is also a bit about how they prepare the meals. Many of these places have been put under pressure to release nutritional information, and this is making some more aware of what they are eating.

Most fast foods use microwave ovens to heat their products. It has been established that heating or cooking food with the microwave causes changes in the molecular structure of food, so that you body does not see it as food but as a toxin.

Now for the food that we buy in the grocery store, many of the things listed with nutritional information is not what it might seem. You can see the word “juice” on a bottle of drinks, but you don’t know if that is really juice until you have read the nutritional information on the back of the bottle. Many times you can pick up these bottles to find that they only contain about ten percent fruit juice, and the rest of it is water and sugar. This is not what you want to see when you are looking for real juice. The real fact is juices that are in bottles have no enzymes that help make them more digestible. Not only that their pH value has been changed for being alkaline to being acidic. You want your juices to be alkaline for good health.

Nutritional information is very important when you are dieting, or when there may be foods that are bothering your children. There are many preservatives that are questionable in nature, and there are some that believe these might contribute to some strange behaviors in kids. Various food additives are known to excite the brain into un-normal activity in children causing them to become hyperactive or less responsive to learning.

Take time to study and learn more about how processed food is harmful to you and your family. Start moving toward more whole foods that provide the nutrition that you need. Nutritional information is the bases for you to work from when choosing your foods.

Some Doctors like the idea blasting the idea that cleansing the colon or blood cleansing produces in the body no real value. Their argument is that if there are toxins in the body, then the body is equipped to remove them without any help by any type of cleanse.

Many doctors think in this way and they have to wake up to the idea that in order for the body to do its job of removing toxins and fighting off disease it requires a strong immune system. What toxins do in the body is cause inflammation, kill cells then organs. It doesn’t matter what some doctors say about body or colon cleansing. Common sense tells you that keeping your body clean will keep some disease away. A good time to do a cleanse is when your body has pain, disease, or you feel tired most of the times. You need to do a colon and blood cleanse to get you back on a healthy track.

It is said doctors interrupt their patients every 18 seconds and spend very little time with them. This gives them a way to sell their drugs and to see more patients.

So if you want to get rid of bloating and constipation or chronic constipation and stay regular, you’re going to have to take charge of your problem. You’re going to want to do this by using natural methods and remedies. If you use drugs or drugstore laxatives you are looking for health troubles as you age.



It’s not your fault you have constipation or chronic constipation. So, why is it not your fault that you have constipation? Well, one reason is, you have constipation because of what you eat. When you were growing up, you learned what, how, and why to eat the way you now eat. This means you were trained how to eat by your parents.

How to get rid of constipation

In most cases that will not happen, so here is another remedy for your constipation.

Eat more fruits and their juices - eat only fruits and vegetables and their juices from 8 pm to 12 pm. This helps you to detoxify and eliminate anything that has accumulated in your colon during the night. You’ll also get more fiber since fruits are high in fiber. Then at noon time you can have a nice lunch. But continue to use fruits and their juices as in between meals.

Now, one more thing, and this is how to eat protein. If you don’t eat vegetables with your protein, this is a big problem and you’re going to create constipation. Your protein is going to take a long time going through your colon, and you will be constipation. The longer protein stays in the colon the more susceptible you are to colon cancer and other colon diseases.

So eat smaller protein portions and always eat it with raw vegetables. The vegetables provide fiber to mix in with the digested protein. Don’t eat fruit with your meals or as desert, they interfere with your protein digestion. The fewer vegetables you eat, the less frequently you will have bowel movement.

Use these ideas and you will see that you will slowly start to eliminate constipation and prevent chronic constipation.

A lot of people and physicians think it is ok to consume drugs for stomach issues, acid reflux, or gastroesophageal disease. Drugs and drugstore remedies for these diseases should be used sparingly and should be watched closely by the doctor. Drugs should be used only for a given time so that a patient can heal any tissue damage caused by stomach acid refluxing into the esophagus. Even so, natural remedies can also heal tissue damage in the esophagus and provide a cure.

Most drugs are used to change or reduce stomach acid strength or to stop the stomach lining from creating more acid. The stomach automatically releases more acid as it strength is diminished so that it can digest food. When drugs are used to stop stomach acid, foods cannot be digested properly.



The reduction of stomach acid can cause a major detrimental impact in your overall health. Stomach acid needs to be around 1.2 to 2.5 pH to do the hundreds of reactions that occur there. When these reactions do not happen, a cascade of unhealthy conditions begins. You won’t see the detrimental health effect in using drugs short term but you will in long term use.

Here is one nutritional deficiency, anemia, that occurs when your stomach acid is neutralized by over the counter drugstore products or by the numerous popular pharmaceutical drugs, anemia.

Iron is the center of the hemoglobin, red blood cell, molecule. This molecule delivers oxygen to all your cells as it travels through your cardiovascular system. The lack of iron in your body results in the lack of oxygen for your body and this condition is called anemia. When you lack iron, your body becomes weak and tired. Muscles lose strength and you can become disoriented. Your cells do not get the oxygen they need so they cannot generate the energy you need to run your body.

In clinical tests, people with low stomach acid were found to be anemic. This is how you become anemic. In order for iron to be absorbed into your blood it needs to be soluble and not attached to another nutrient or fiber.

Two types of iron are heme iron and non-heme iron. Heme iron comes from meat. When your stomach acid is low, meat heme iron will remain as a liquid and soluble and not precipate, so there is no problem with meat heme iron and low stomach acid. The only problem is eating a lot of meat is that it is not an ideal diet for good health.

However, with non-iron coming from grains, vegetables, and fortified foods, stomach pH is important. When stomach acid is diminished, like when drugs and other drugstore products are used iron from produce and grains is also diminished. Stomach acid must separate the iron from produce and grain fibers and dissolve it so it becomes more absorbable.

If you have a low iron count, are anemic, or suffer from feeling tired and in addition suffer from acid reflux or heartburn, stay away from acid reflux drugs and drugstore products. Use natural remedies to solve your heartburn symptoms.

If you are using drugs to deal with your acid reflux or heartburn, move toward using natural remedies. These remedies will balance your stomach acid and create and digest the minerals and vitamins that you need for good health. Drugs will create an imbalance in your stomach acid and cause side effect that you will have to deal with as you use them.
