10 days to lose weight on a 10 day diet that’s got to be crazy hasn’t surely it’s just a bunch of hype put out there to sell those over priced weight loss pills and diet supplements they sell isn’t it?
I understand your sceptisism and I might be a little biased with my answer as the author of one of the best selling 10 day diet books on the internet ‘Lose 10 Pounds in 2 Weeks’ but I can say with absolute honesty if you follow a nutritionally balanced diet and do a moderate amount of exercise you will see astounding results and they alone can start to transform your life.
So what do I mean by a diet can transform your life? Well look at yourself now how do you feel about yourself when you look at yourself in the mirror fully clothed? How about naked? If you haven’t ever done this before give it a go today in the privacy of your own bedroom. Ideally in a full length mirror so you can see your whole body at once.
Infact if you seriously want to lose weight you will need to either buy a full length mirror or a camera as this will be far less disheartening than a set of scales.How does it make you feel are you happy or sad at what you see (not what you think you see but what is really looking back at you in the mirror).
When you look at yourself looking down on yourself you look bigger than you really are the birds eye view emphasises the size of you and makes you look much fatter.In addition if you wear clothing which is skin tight and you don’t have the figure for it you will look huge and overweight but a change of outfit could make all the difference.
So after giving it some thought you have decided if you are going to fit in that dress or swim suit you are going to try a diet for a couple of weeks.
It might have been a couple of months when you knew you were going to need to be ready for the special event but before you know it life gets in the way and you find yourself having a couple of weeks to lose around 8-10 pounds so you can get into that bikini you brought last year.
I find so many people screw up when they try and lose weight in a short space of time.Most people for some crazy reason just assume if you stop eating the weight will drop off.Ok maybe it will to some extent but by about the first half of week one you will be irritable, unhappy and starving. Hardly sets you up for a great vacation or party does it?
Maybe your planning to get married or be guest at wedding or prehaps it’s just a party you have been looking forward to for weeks by now if you have been starving yourself or following a wacky diet you are fed up and can’t be bothered with anything.
So lets go back you’ve decided you want to lose 10 pounds but if you lost 6 or 7 maybe 8 pounds would it really be that bad? No of course not don’t worry about what the scales tell you and let your eyes guide you (remember that mirror) Now just shut you eyes a minute and imagine this …
Imagine how much sexier and confident you will feel when your wearing that dress or bikini, think of all that extra love and romance you are going to enjoy when your partner gets a sight of your hot body and if your single you’ll be beating them off with a stick.
Now doesn’t that fire you up to succeed more than thinking about any kind of diet? It will be so much easier whe you know the effort will give you want you want in life. It won’t feel like chore any more just a journey to your destination.
Seriously you don’t need a wonder pill and you don’t need to spend your entire life at the gym just follow a good 10 day diet or even a fourteen day diet what’s 4 days among friends and you will see amazing results.
